We're the neighborhood association for Allendale Oaks in St. Petersburg, Florida — neighbors working together to connect, beautify, and strengthen the place we call home.
Welcome to the neighborhood
Allendale Oaks is coming back together — and there's a place for you in it.
Our neighborhood association is being reactivated by residents who care about where we live. In July 2026 we elected our inaugural volunteer board, and we're building the connections, communication, and community spirit that make a neighborhood feel like home.
Whether you've lived here for decades or just moved in, Allendale Oaks is your neighborhood. We'd love to meet you, hear your ideas, and have you join us.
Your volunteer leadership
Elected by neighbors, for neighbors. Our inaugural board is here to listen, organize, and help Allendale Oaks thrive — reach out anytime.
Where we live
Allendale Oaks is a friendly pocket of St. Petersburg — tree-lined streets, welcoming porches, and neighbors who look out for one another. We're bounded by 46th Avenue N to the north, 38th Avenue N to the south, 4th Street to the east, and 9th Street to the west, just minutes from the 4th Street corridor and all the parks, shops, and waterfront that make St. Pete home.

How we get things done
Our work happens through small groups of neighbors, each focused on something that makes Allendale Oaks a better place to live. Every committee welcomes new volunteers.
Welcoming new residents, growing our membership, and creating the gatherings and outreach that bring neighbors together.
Caring for our shared spaces — plantings, clean-ups, green projects, and the little touches that make our streets shine.
Planning the socials, seasonal celebrations, and neighborhood get-togethers that give us reasons to say hello.
Keeping neighbors in the loop through Facebook, Nextdoor, email, and this website, so no one misses what's happening.
Building a safer neighborhood through watch sign-ups, safety events, and connections with local resources.
We're always open to new committees and new energy. If there's something you'd love to help lead, let's talk.
